WHAT TO BRING DAILY:
Water bottle, 1-2 Workout shirts/shorts or singlets, wrestling shoes, running/lifting shoes, shower towel /toiletries if needed, deodorant, and a sack lunch.

STAFF HIGHLIGHTS:
Sam Stoll - NCAA All-American for the University of Iowa, Junior World Bronze Medalist, 2X Fargo Junior National Champion, 2X Minnesota High School State Champion. He also pinned his last 63 opponents in high school. Coach Stoll is also an incredible motivational speaker.
Jacen Petersen - NCAA Qualifier for Arizona State, All-PAC 12 Wrestler, Fargo Junior National All-American, 3X Montana State Champion. Coach Petersen is known for teaching some of the best shot defense techniques in the country.
Shonn Roberts - 3X Montana State Champion, 4X State Finalist for Columbia Falls High School, NAIA National All-American at the University of Providence. Coach Roberts is an elite technician and is known for his grinding riding style and turning techniques on top.
Tucker Nadeau - BIG 12 Conference Qualifier for West Virginia University, NCAA Academic & All-American, Montana State Champion. Coach Nadeau is going to focus on hand fighting and knee pull singles.
